Took
off at Dizzard & flew past Foxhole Point towards
Wanson Mouth = first turn point. Returned past the end
of Long Cliff & Thorns Beach to the end of the ridge
before Pencannow Point. Landed after almost an hour at
Dizzard. Mike Connatty, Colin Jones & Mark Nicol
also flew that day.

Took
off at Freathy just after mid-day & flew past the
ranges & Portwrinkle to the cliffs beyond. Found the
SW wind was more westerly as it swung along the coast
this side of the Brawn & could not gain enough
height there to fly into wind for Battern Cliffs.
Returned and got to Polhawn Cove between the cottages
& the Fort.
Earlier
Karl Sewwney had flown to Millandreath & back. Later
the rigids flew to East Looe & back to Rame Head
itself.
