Declaration
I understand that membership of the BHPA is a requirement of South Devon Hang Gliding and Paragliding Club membership and agree to follow the BHPA Code of practice, Flying Rules, and Recommendations. I am over 18 years of age.

Waiver of Claims
I agree that no claims shall hereafter be made by or on behalf of myself or my estate against the Club in respect of any loss or damage to property or any personal injury whether the same be fatal or otherwise, sustained or suffered by me and in whatsoever manner caused and I understand that no damages, compensation or other award will be paid to me or to my estate by the Club in respect of such loss, damage, injury or death. The word Club in this respect shall refer to the South Devon Hang Gliding and Paragliding Club and shall be deemed to include any Official, Servants, Representatives,  Agents, Contractors and Sub-Contractors in and of the Club.
